Yes, I was right. We have a new boss. Now I'm three steps removed from Exec, whereas before it was just two. Distance is a good thing, but not when the job is in jeopardy. Plus, apparently we now report to a new VP - another not so good thing, since I have a good relationship with the VP we used to report to. So today I started looking for an internship for this summer. It felt weird, vaguely disloyal, to be looking for other employment, but I'm thinking that my days are numbered and I'd rather be prepared than not. I really am going to miss the Farm, I really am.
